Zane Tarence

Mr. Tarence is the Managing Director of Founders' Technology practice and has over 21 years of experience as an operator, investor, and deal maker in the technology arena. Additionally, he has an extensive background in funding, advising, evaluating, and executing transactions for technology companies.

Mr. Tarence is a regular speaker at national conferences dealing with product commercialization and technology value optimization.

Frank Dixon

Mr. Dixon is an Associate with Founders Investment Banking. Before joining Founders, Mr. Dixon worked as an analyst in the investment banking division of McDonald Investments in Nashville, Tennessee, where he was involved in public and private buy-side and sell-side advisory, public and private business valuation and related advisory, and public equity offerings across a wide range of industries.

Mr. Dixon is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, and graduated with a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Brad Johnson

Mr. Johnson is an Analyst with Founders Investment Banking with the primary responsibility of supporting transaction principals with the execution of deals across the firm. His duties include conducting industry and company research, preparing financial analysis and facilitating due diligence

Mr. Johnson is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, and holds a B.S.B.A in Finance and Economics from Samford University.

Marcus Handy

Mr. Handy serves as a Business Development Manager for Founders Investment Banking with the primary responsibility of developing strategic-channel relationships within the Internet and Digital Media sector. Prior to joining Founders, Mr. Handy was dually employed at Wachovia Securities and Wachovia Bank engaging in a wide array of financial services, including managing a $30M book of business. He also has over 5 years experience in structured finance.
